LAETOLI Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established and shall comply with the following Basic Policy on Management of Electronic Data Processing System used in electronic transaction business, based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Law.

1．Compliance with related laws and regulations
The Company shall comply with related laws and regulations and other guidelines in the Management of Electronic Data Processing System.

2．Safety management of Electronic Data Processing System
In the Management of Electronic Data Processing System, the Company shall establish the Basic Policy on Information Security and other internal rules and take appropriate safety measures to prevent damage to customers’ property and information leakage.

3．Continuous improvement of the Basic Policy
In order to prevent damage to customers’ property and information leakage, the Company shall periodically review and improve its Basic Policy on Management of Electronic Data Processing System.
