\r\nA business participant who has concluded a real estate specified joint enterprise agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) shall have eight days to cancel the Agreement (cooling off period) from the date of electronic delivery of a document (document at the time of conclusion of the Agreement) pursuant to Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act. (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) may cancel this contract (cooling off) for eight days from the date of electronic delivery of the document (document at the time of contract formation) stipulated in Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Specified Joint Enterprises in Real Estate.\r\nIf you wish to exercise the cooling-off period, please fill out the “Cooling-off Notice Form” and mail it to the fund management company.\r\nIf you exercise your cooling-off right, your investment will be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
